Litigation and counseling with respect to all areas of state and federal antitrust laws, including: price fixing; price discrimination; vertical restraints of trade; analysis and structuring of distribution arrangements; group boycotts; tying arrangements; attempts to monopolize; film splitting; analysis regarding the legality of contemplated mergers and acquisitions; and supervision of the preparation of Hart-Scott-Rodino Pre-Merger Notification and Report forms and related filings.

Negotiation with the California Department of Insurance and its representatives regarding existing or threatened conservation and/or liquidation proceedings involving entities regulated by the Department of Insurance.
