Litigation

Mr. Knox has extensive background and experience in the litigation and successful resolution of a broad range of business and commercial disputes, including intellectual property, securities, real estate, products liability, and estate and trust disputes.  Mr. Knox also has significant experience in bankruptcy adversary proceedings, internal investigations, and alternative dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration).

Previous Professional Experience

Prior to joining Finestone & Richter, Mr. Knox was in the litigation department of Winston & Strawn where he handled a number of complex pharmaceutical and high profile intellectual property cases, along with various commercial and securities disputes.
